problems running prercorded videios or audieo

hello all members and staff.
i am very new here and am not sure ware to post this.
i do run like 4 forums my self and am pretty sure this ware i should post my question. if it's in the wrong spot my apologies and please guide me to the wright page to post such questions these.

my question is how do you run a live video or audio on stickam.
i have seen a number of people doing this to ware they are live. and then they may take a break and run a live video or play live music.
if anyone is familiar with bong TV and pops during the day hours. he is one like many others that do this.

i am working on lots of material so i can start doing my live t.h.s. shows.
but without knowing who to do this i dont see the point. i want to be able to have cool shows like everyone else. i already have my mixing board and real camera hooked up and working fine. i am also a musician and will be performing live as well.

but i have prerecorded skits home made funny videos and much more i would like to air during my shows but dont know how to to it?
i have repeatedly tried to contact stickam on this issue for over a month in the half. never no response. bin sending the messages asking this simple question on something other people are doing so it is and can be done.
i can give you at least 10 links i know of with people doing it.
i even tried asking them? but no reply..

i have read all FAQ and bin through ever option over and over. and there is nothing that helps me or explains how to run prerecorded video footage or even audio. i tried and tried and tried.. nothing. about the only thing i have working is me being on live. and if i put my photo up. that's the only thing others can see come through besides me being on live.

can someone help me ? i make free forums and run several of my own.
i will be willing to create a forum for someone how ever they want it if they can help me with this. i'm continuing to create and produce all of my skits and footage for when or if i'm able to do this. but stickam is just given me the cold shoulder not answering a dang thing. and this is really ridiculous.
a simple question and they wont get back to me.

so if anyone can help i would very much appreciate it. at this point i'm even willing to pay stickam if i had to. i have bin working hard on this stuff. and it will prove to be a good show. i am ever able to do my show.
like i said there are many others already doing the same thing i'm asking.

so once again i plea for help.
