Hi folks, any idea where I can get a Jpeg 2000 program from? Nothing I have on ere will open it. All I want to do is view them, not edit.

i'm quite sure irfanview can view them.

Have you tried right-clicking the files and selecting Preview in Windows Explorer?

IrfanView will allow you to view most image formats, including JPEG2000. You might need to do a custom install rather than a default one to select which formats are associated with IrfanView, otherwise it will become the default program for all your images.

Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro and most other image editors will also allow you to edit them if required.

Sorted. Thanks folks. It was for massive pics of the moons surface. Some weird stuff there. Mountain ranges that look like faces, strange holes and caverns. Now I can study them close.
