EEK! [Solved] Why are my pictures looking like this?

I'm trying to edit some pictures that I took. I shoot in raw, use rawshooter essentials to do any whitebalacing and to convert to jpg, then I use paint shop pro xi to finish. However, if you click on the thumbnails, you can see how the files are coming up. I've checked 2 cf cards on 2 different days and they still come up that way, so I know it's not the card. This is also happening to older files as well, so I have ruled out camera problem. If I look at the files in the thumbnail size in the folder, they look fine. They also look fine during the slideshow that plays. Also, my husband has his own settings and his pictures look fine on his side.

So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled rawshooters with no luck. Any other ideas?

Thanks.
Becky

Re: Why are my pictures looking like this?

that looks like colour management is being used or maybe a colour profile is corrupt. try turning off colour management if it is enabled on PSP. the rawshooter might be using profile, but just look at PSP first.

Re: Why are my pictures looking like this?

I could give you a big hug right now. Thank you! I can't figure out the raw shooter, but I really don't need that since pspxi can convert too, so I just got rid of it.

Again, thank you. Now I can work on some pictures.
