Need Help: ImageMixer3 Error and Hitachi Camcorder
Hello everyone,
Last week,, I bought a Hitachi DZ-HS300A Digital Camcorder. It takes MiniDVD and has a builtin 8 gig HD. It came with ImageMixer3. I am trying to transfer video from the camcorder's HD to by computer. When I use ImageMixer3, when I save the video, I get an error:  I even installed the software on my second computer and the same error. I also tried getting the video from MS Movie Maker and Ulead Studio 11. Neither of those recognize any video to capture. It seems on ImageMixer3 recognizes the video and allows me to edit it. But I cannot save the video without the error. Any ideas??? Thanks. |
