Topaz Vivacity Freeze

Hello there.

I have tried to download and install a very effective Photoshop Plug-in named "Topaz Vivacity". I have tried it before, and I liked it very much. Here is the site, should you need it:

http://www.topazlabs.com/topazlabs/0...opaz_vivacity/

I intended to use it with Photoshop CS3, and the documentation on the Plug-in says that CS3 is supported. So, I downloaded and installed the 30 free trial ran photoshop and attempted to use the new filters. Every time, and with every filter (there are several included in the plug-in) Photoshop freezes and will not respond. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling using setups from different sites, but all have had the same result.

Anyone know why this might be happening? I've had it working before...

Re: Topaz Vivacity Freeze

Yup, it was working a while ago. I got rid of it, but now can't get it back :(

P.S. I like your avatar, very hypnotic!

Re: Topaz Vivacity Freeze

if it is the 30 trial, has it now expired? getting rid of it doesn't stop the trial from running out. if you have bought a licence for it, you'll probably need to get onto topaz to see if they can sort out the registry for you.

an older avatar, you might like as well.

Re: Topaz Vivacity Freeze

Nope, it's not the trial. I might try contacting Topaz, see if they can't help me. Thanks for replying!

Damn, I don't know which of the two I like more xD
