Adobe Premiere Pro projects in 2.0 don't transfer to 3.0
I thought it would help if I had this question here I couldn't find out how to post in the main threads.
For some stupid reason Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 projects with timelines do not transfer into version 3.0. Is there a solution? I'm trying to find the demo versions of 2.0 but since nobody anymore sell 2.0 the Adobe web site completely cut off customers from upgrading safely. Are there any free versions of 2.0 out there, academic versions of 2.0, with the discount of academic, or demos still available? What happened is I created a long documentary in version 2.0 demo version. I was told if I buy version 3.0 which is all that has been available told I would have no problem uploading my timelines and everything but apparently, Premier made too many changes or some bull crap that won't allow the transfer or some crap is there any solution? Because, I don't have any other way to edit it now and my timeline is completely gone in 3.0 when I bring the project I saved 2.0 uploaded into 3.0.
