Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 Problem

Hello,

I am facing a problem with Adobe Premiere Pro CS3...

I want to export my work as a VCD format... I referred here, Exporting files for Video CD playback (Windows only) for the process...

Now at my computer instllation of CS3, I dont see any such option said there as preset !!! :(

please refer to this screenshots for the option given there as preset

and settings under Windows Media Player format...

I have tried to re-install the Application which didnt help... I keep the application upto date, still no effect... can any one suggest what's wrong with the Application or any of my settings ??

I am running Windows Vista x64 (without SP1) under this setup... System is malware free (I am using NOD32 v3 and spybot SnD)

Thank you...
