Adobe Illustrator CS2 tools problem [RESOLVED]

Hi and thanks for helping me to solve this problem.
When I click the small triangle on a tool to see and open the hidden tools, nothing happens, the hidden tools don't come out(e.g. Rectangle Tool, Pen Tool, Rotate Tool).
Any advise will be much appreciated!

Re: Adobe Illustrator CS2 tools problem

you need to left click and hold to see the pop out. anywhere on the button, the little black triangle denotes that it is a flyout.
you can also use shift and the hotkey to cycle through them. e.g. 'u' is used for shapes, so if you press shift + u it will cycle through each shape option that can be created.
