make interactive list

Hello
I would like to make interactive vocabulary lists for students in China that learn English.
Is there a program out there that would help me design such a list where the student could click on the word or a radio button next to the word so that he or she can hear the word pronunciation? Is there a way to do that with microsoft office or powerpoint or using only windows XP.
Thanks

Re: make interactive list

i have made interactive/multimedia programs before using opus. but since this is quite a simple task i'm sure powerpoint is capable of doing it.

I forgot to give another information.I want to do this project and put it on a CD or DVD if necessary so that students who do not have a computer could use a Dvd and a TV.I don't beleive that stand alone DVD's can read a powerpoint format.
Thanks

Re: make interactive list

if you want to make a DVD or VCD then you'll probably setup powerpoint (or other software) to play continuously and record the screen will playing. i don't know that powerpoint can export to an AVI or another video file so that it could be converted to DVD or VCD. but you'll loose the interactivity that i thought you wanted initially.

Hello
Thank you very much.I will try with a few lessons and copy the result to a virtual drive and see if I can watch it with Cyberlink power DVD.
