@ leduc alain: your welcome. I'm sorry, but as far as I know you can not do this with HTML. Can you provide link where you have seen this 'in action'!

honestly i've seen it no where , just an idea. but i for the experience that i do have with HTML, it is below zero. can i made a circle with some phrases written in it? or no. and how?

beyond straight lines, html and css aren't good drawing tools. You would have to implement such ideas as an image unless you do something very innovative...
