EPS - Vector

Please assist here. I have Corel 11 and Photoshop 7.0 and there must be a way to trace a picture / logo and then change it into EPS format so that I can cut this out on my sign writing machine. The problem comes in when I try make a selection in Photoshop and select make work path it does not come out exact even when choosing 0.5. I have no time to sit and re-draw the whole pic. Please assist

ps: Corel trace is no good... pixelates pic badly

Try adobe illustrator. Thats the one you're looking for.
Sure there's a free trial around.
