We can't see your image. Can you post it as an attachment instead of a direct link?

Re: need comment

I like the idea of the handshake. The 2 overlapping circles make it look like a Venn diagram, suggesting a common goal can be achieved by working with your company. I'm not so keen on the white outline around the hands. It makes it look like clipart. Also the jacket sleeves are cut off at a strange angle and might look better continued to the edge of the circles.

Red text on a blue background can be difficult to read, especially with all those effects going on (embossed, stroke-outlined, cast shadows).

The computer icon on the left could do with being a bit bigger or having more definition, but I like the yellow outline where the repeated fading yellow strokes suggest movement.

The navigation bar at the bottom looks good, with subtle blending over the circles.

Does the banner have to be that size and dimensions? The icon, name and handshake look too close together and cramped. You could experiment with moving these elements around to make better use of the space.

Hope these comments help.

Re: need comment

I think Tu is referring to the little PC icon on the left side. The icon tends to fade into the background color and get lost.
