Help, illustrator install problems

basically the problem is that i unistalled the software a few months back after the free trial expired, i now want to reinstall the software, however it says

the illustartor launcher has being interupted before instaltion could start

any ideas on how i can fix it, i've followed most internet resources for help but its not done much.

Go to adobes support site. there in the troubleshooting FAQ you can find the list of CLSIDs and corresponding registry locations which you need to delete manually. After the deletion, reboot and then only you can reinstall Illustrator.

This is a typical problem associated with Adobe's trial product and this is the only available solution. I can't list the CLSIDs here as the list is available at that site only.

You need to contact Adobe's customer support.
