Presentation Methods?
Guys,
Here's what I want to do - please give me your suggestions on how best to pull it together. I have taken many digi-photos of my daughter's basketball games. Her banquet is coming up shortly and I'd like to put them into a slide show set to music or made into a video. I want the pace to be variable - rather slow at the beginning (national anthem and warm up shots) then progressing to be pretty up tempo and the music to go along with that. I have all the basic MS Office and XP software and the Open Office stuff - so I could do it in Powerpoint or OO Impress but those seem rather crude and syncing the music seems tough. I also have Photoshop and GIMP if that makes any difference. Are there Windows or Linux aps that you can recommend? I'm not familiar with any so the learning curve has to be pretty short. Thanks yustr

i've used opus (pro) back in the olden days. i found it very easy to use with a lot of presets already there. now i see they have about 10 versions of opus out there, but there are demo downloads available.
