Mmorpg

Hi i am developing a mmorpg and as i was doing so a thought hit me and i need to make sure i can do an mmorpg in the program im useing befor i waste a lot of time. I am useing blender to make the meshes and everything else, and blender has the python game engin to program with. is it posible to do an mmorpg in python? if not what language do i need and is it posible to get blender to suport it?

python should work remember its a scripting language ! but very similar to java mixed with c a little. i would think its doable but will be alot of work.

thanks im new to scripting languages only programing i have done was HTML and a small bitt of c++ so i ask a lot of n00b questions at the moment because well in this area i am one. thanks for the help i tried looking on google and coulnt fined anything of course i was half assleep maybe i will ask my proffesor to help me fined a good book on it. thanks again.
