Ripping DVD with ImToo DVD ripper platium, GREY VIDEO!

Hi all.
I am having a problem with ripping DVDs. When I try to rip a DVD onto my laptop, so I can watch them on the go, without having to use DVD discs, I can rip it on fine, but when I play it, it just shows a grey screen and a DIVx video logo, but it does there is sound.

k-lite has a lot of codecs including DIVx. download the full pack and install. hopefully this will sort your problem.

I just re-installed it, and it seems to be OK now, I just tested it on a 24 second clip, so will let you know how I get on with the full clip...
