Question Image Ready Anyone?

I havnt used image ready in a long time and it similar to photoshop i know but there are also a lot of things different to it as well

i was wondering if there was a way to make an object without having the gradient shading around the object such as a circle or triangle...and if there was an easy way to make a perfect triangle without setting up points and using the ruler...like i said folks havnt used it in a long time

thanks in advance just looking for the smoothest look i can grab basically

Treyeme, could you post a quick screenshot of the gradient shading that you're trying to avoid?

Don't save optimized until you want to save a copy of something for the web. Just do a regular save with the proprietary format. Is there a reason you're using imageready instead of photoshop? Also, if you're going to be doing this kind of 2D illustration, you should be ideally using a vector-based program such as adobe illustrator

Ah that makes sense, was wondering why you were making life difficult by using IR instead of just using photoshop. To keep all the layers save it as a .PSD or .TIFF
