Inverted Colour in MovieMaker SAVED files

Problem with a new Computer - Packard Bell I Xtreme 1907. When I transfer a video fom DV Camcorder to Windows MovieMaker all seems well but when I 'save to my computer' the resulting file plays back in "negative" mode i.e. all colours are reversed.I cannot find a setting which would allow "normal" playback.

It sounds as though your codecs are bad. Google for the k-lite codec pack (1.53 is the latest).

In Europe they exist, along with other parts of the world. To see one in the US is to stare into the bowels of hell.

I hate Packard Bell...

Thanks for the info, found that the saved files play in NERO with no problem!!
