Confused vhs video to dvd

i am looking to convert a couple of vhs tapes to dvd, my video recorder is toshiba it as 2 scart sockets and aerial in and out. I have in my computer

ATI T200 Unified AVStream Driver
C-Media High Definition Audio Device
MEDION (7134) WDM Video Capture
MEDION TV-TUNER 7134 MK2/3
Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device...

what sort of (cables or leads) will i need record from video recorder through to my computer and which is the best software to use. can anybody help thanks:

to do something like this.. a video capture device will do. make sure it has a really good capture size, so as to not capure bad quality video from the beginning. other ways are just through HDR DVD(Harddisk Recorder DVD player/burner) devices made for home entertainment. We have one that has a firewire connection for digital cameras and we recordeverything to the harddrive then burn it to a DVD

Ours is made by Liteon... check them out. other then that.. video capture device!
