Would anyone get anything out of a tutorial on image restoration and optimization?

I have done quite a bit in that area but always like to read other ideas on it.

Feel free to add your own experiences when I put together, or if you want you can put together the tutorial and I'll add anything that I was planning to cover that you didn't get to.
