There are some Firefox plugins and standalone programs listed here that let you download YouTube videos: copy videos from youtube? After you've downloaded the videos, you can burn them to DVD using the freeware DVD Flick. Guide to creating a simple DVD: http://www.dvdflick.net/guide/index_en.html
