Question Please help with my computer design xD

Could someone give me some advice on if this design would be compatible and work well or nay?

Its got to be used as a home computer aswell, but the main purpose is for editing video recordings and for creating images and documents, kind of an all rounder. If you can get a better build with a graphics card within a similar budget, would someone recommend it. I already have a copy of XP with an authentication code ready for when the systems together.

I wouldn't really want to spend over £400.

Motherboard :
ASUS M3N78-AM GeForce 8200 Socket AM2+ 6 Channel Audio MATX Motherboard - £54.04 - free delivery

Processor:
AMD Phenom X4 9650 2.3GHz Socket AM2+ 2MB L3 Cache Retail Boxed Processor - £106.98

Ram:
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 1066MHz/PC2-8500 Gold Memory - £42.99

Case:
Coolermaster Elite 330 Black Case With CM eXtreme Power 460W PSU *SPECIAL OFFER* - £57.91

Hard drive:
Seagate ST3500320AS 500GB Hard Drive SATA II 7200rpm *32MB Cache* - OEM - £48.49

Disk Drive:
Samsung TS-H653B 20X Black SATA DVD?RW Dual Layer Bare Drive - OEM - £15.89

Total : £326.30

Cheers, Joe

Re: Please help with my computer design xD

The PSU is on the weaker end. A good 600w or higher will ensure stability while leaving room for future upgrades. Windows XP 32-bit can only effectively use about 3.5GB of RAM, so keep that in mind if you aren't using a 64-bit version. If you plan to do more video work in the future then a 64-bit OS and more RAM would be a worthwhile investment.

Other than that I'd say you're good to go.
