please look at the the picture below, none of our barcode scanners work. Does anyone know what type of barcode is that? Thanks

Hi, welcome to TSF
I used to repair hand-held scanners, the kind used in stores, and whenever they failed to read barcodes we just recalibrated them by scanning the appropriate sheet of pre-programmed codes. Are these green barcode labels new, and have they ever worked? Do your scanners work on white labels?
