[SOLVED] eMail Form

I need an email form on my web. where people would put their name in and message. after that they would click send. and an email would be send to my email, without using any additional programs.

What is a name of this kind of forms?
where can i get a free one?
is there a program that can help me write this kind of forms?

PS: I am not very good at html coding and don't know anything about coding php. is there a solution for me?
