Mclaren may be banned from F1 in 2007 and 2008

According to reports on the BBC, the FIA's World Motor Sport Council has proposed that McLaren are excluded from the 2007 and 2008 World Championships.

F-1 is bordering on the irrelevant anyway. The races I've been to have been very boring. The pole winner went into the lead and was never challenged. On those I've watched David Hobbs and Peter Winsor (SPEED Channel) need to delve into the minutia to find things to talk about because the racing itself is so dull.

That said, if they remove one of the two teams that can win - it will become totally worthless.
