As I see it there's only one of two things to be done: 1) 100% testing - not random, not optional, 100% before and after every race. Fail once - and it's verified by the duplicate sample = lifetime ban.

Or 2) don't test anyone. All things are legal. These are professionals and if they want to dope up to ride better, well let them. Who cares if they kick the bucket at 35? I can see the sponsorship opportunities now: "Now wearing the yellow vest, mimo...riding for the Pfizer team. He's taken over from former race leader bry623 who rides for Bayer."

I think the obsession with doping stems from France's sever hatred of The United States and all things American. They are cheesed off that an American won their stupid race seven times in a row!! Of course, they may be mad that two bike shop guys beat them to the airplane. Qui sais?

I think its time this race goes by the wayside its nothing but steroids and i'm better then you and i can ride my bike faster. There are a slim amount of people who watch it nad those who do follow the sport close it used to get front of sports center coverage here in america even before lance armstrong and now its lucky if you see it at the very end for 2 seconds..
