**Need Help finding a program...**

Hey everyone~
Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for a program that:

Acts as a virtual file cabinet.
Has a search function to find the files you want quickly
Within a file, it can hold PDF/JPEG/Text/spreadsheets
Has security functions like limit/grant certain users access
Can be ran on a server so many people can access it at once.
easy to setup =D would be a bonus...^^

Hahaha, is this wishful thinking or is there a program out there that someone knows? =D

I guess this can probably be done by windows itself...but I was hoping for a program with a user friendly interface so that young and old can easily pick it up =D
