Harmless prank on a coworker

Greetings,

I am looking for a program that will run in the background that will only be seen in taskmanager. And the purpose of such program is only to during the day it will randomly lock the persons computer windows XP pro.

I know this is simalar to a virus. But not looking to cuase harm just to get back a co-work for a prank he pulled on me.
