Symantec's Talkworks Pro 3.0
If there is anyone who is familiar with the old Symantec Talkworks Pro program, please help.
Windows 98 was just re-installed. The only other programming installed is Corel Wordperfect 7, Office 2000 and Symantec Talworks Pro. The answering system I use is the Fax on Demand. All the mailboxes have been setup just fine. The problem is with the main greeting that everyone first hears when they call. I have set up my customized greeting according to the program just fine. It was also saved accordingly. The problem is that the first thing callers hear is the Talkworks System greeting "No one is available," then they hear my recorded, customized greeting. How do I get rid of that pre-recorded system greeting so callers only hear my customized greeting? Anyone with information on why this is happening, please respond. Thanks. |
