developing ivr system
hello all......this is my final year proejct...i dont knw whether i posted in correct forum......but plss help me out...we need to develop an interactive voice response system.......ive seen something related to asterisk and vxml.....but i coundt understand which one to use or where to start absically...so please tell me wht all are the etchnologies i can use and wht all i can do to start this project....thanks... :)

A lot of services out there offer VXML and asterisk hosting. They are similiar, just different parsers, all depends on what you feel more comfortable using.
