Democrat tire slashers get off with a misdemeanor

Sen Gwen Moore and the ex-mayor Marvin Pratts sons and thug friends get off unscathed for over $5000 worth of damage to vans that were to be used by Republicans on election day. The democrats in Milwaukee believe that any act to win an election is ok.

Before the jury selection the question was asked "do you listen to talk radio?' knowing that the majority of conservatives in this town do listen to talk radio. This case was doomed from the start. Even with people from the Kerry campain saying these thugs were bragging about it the morning of the election and cell phone records that place them at the scene of the crime at the time of the crime weren't good enough to convict for a couple of jurors.

Yes this was a number of years ago. This happened in the early morning the day of the Bush/Kerry election. It took so long because the DA didn't want any part of this.

You seem to have forgotten how "swift" our justice system is. You commit a crime and wait 5-10+ years to be punished.

Election day crime is nothing new. There were all kinds of reports of this thing going on in alson in TN and FL. The slashed tires would not have mad a difference in WI in 2004, but they could have made a difference in FL in 2000.
