I'd believe it. I like the part where he glossed whacko momma. That alone says where his political leanings lay.

If I were O'Reilly, I would have responed, "That's the first time anybody at CBS said I was 40% right about anything"

I think where Dave is coming from is, you may disagree with her, but at what point is it OK to talk trash about a woman who lost her son? O'Rilley thinks that's been made OK by her actions, and Dave obviously thinks it's not.

And he's right about the Christmas thing, I dodn't notice it. There were a few crazys here and there as always, but all my local statons said Christmas, and all my Christian friends said Christmas, and THEY LIT A GIGANTIC CHRISTMAS TREE IN TIME SQUARE AND PLAYED CHARLY BROWN CHRISTMAS, AND IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE 50 FREEKIN TIMES!!

They are talking baout the overwhelming PC ing of Christmas in general. C.S. profanes her sons death with her actions, but both are not the topic here.

Bill may not always be right, but at least he is taken seriously.

Did you here about the woman in New Mexico who had a restraining order out against Dave? Apparently she felt he was sending her subliminal messages through the tv. It got dismissed. Not because it was dumb, but because judges in NM do not have jurisdiction over residents of CT.

I don't think that there is an entire "war on christmas", but its certainly not like it used to be.

Nobody here used christmas at all, except one independently owned video game store that I know of, and in any case, those buying games are probably not the constituency to raise holy hell over it.

"Winter Holiday" was a term of choice.... the only time I saw christmas was on all those movies, that they weren't going to redo just to make them PC

I don't think that we are "trash talking" about her, we are just pointing out that there is somthing wrong with a woman who really believes that terrorist are "freedom fighters". Even more so with a son in the service. That is treason..give aid or comfort to the enemy. Letting them know that what they are doing is right.

She is under the direction of some liberal "higher-up". Have you thought to ask the step parents their beliefs? Do you know what the sons position was? Both were supportive of the President and the war. She is playing politicts with her dead son. It is truely a disgrace.

Once we are done in Iraq, and we will be done some day, she will be discarded into the realm of Kato Kailin and the other 15 minutes of famers.

We get Letterman here in the UK and I just happened to be watching it as he came out with that statement. Although he's not the sharpest tool in the box, Letterman went up in my estimations severalfold!

That O'Reilly is such a creep. I think he might actually be the anti-Christ.

Did you see the start of the interview when Letterman asks "So how old are you daughters?" and O'reilly replies "The same age as yours"...

I wouldn't say she was exploiting her dead son. She doesn't get much press time because the media is tightly controlled by the secret-government. Of course, they don't omitt her entirely. To do so would be to ruin the illusion that the media is objective. The plebs need to feel that they have political freedom when in actual fact they don't.
