Its true that there are wackos who perform suicide bombers, but what regular arabic person would want to be lumped with them cause their religions name is the same?
Its like if every one in the US judged christians based on that dude who killed a bunch of people because he thought he was doing gods will. Everytime you walked down the street, have some atheist come up to you and scream in your face about how you are a violent murderer, even though christianity teaches love towards others.

SInce WW2 where have all of major conflicts been? Korea, Viet Nam/Cambodia.Laos, Middle East. Add in minor skirmishes in Africa and Afganistan. Any of these places practice the same religion as the majority of the US? We can say we didn't go to war over religion but when you take a step back it might be hard to prove that. Is it this difference and the cultural differences that go a long with them that imake us willing to wage these wars? If these places had been "like us" would we had behaved the same way? Makes me wonder.

Perhaps the causality here is a bit weird, I dunno.
Those with majority religions like we have here seem to tend towards democratic governments, maybe? all the people on the otherside of the globe think differently about God, et al, than the US. Perhaps we really have no choice but to invade countries who think differently. We don't have a lot of choices otherwise.. Britain, possibly Canada or South America? Our allies for the most part.
