http://www.drudgereport.com/flash5cnc.htm
CNN is not only liberally biased, but they either think that we are all stupid, or they are thr biggest liars on the planet.

Hahahahaha!!!!! And that's all coming from the Drudge report.
There's no such thing as an unbiased news source.

Good Catch! I used drudge to counter balance my point. I could have easily used another source. But the do have some "esplanin to do". It probably didn't create much buzz when it happend because most people don't want to watch Cheney or any other VP speak and not many watch CNN anyways.

Sure, CNN has a liberal bias. They pretty much all do, except for Fox, which is essentially the single most conservative news source in existence.
But looking at that picture, it doesn't seem that something like that would be intentional- you can even see the little mac-style mouse pointer up in the top left corner of that screenshot. Especially if you consider the similarities between that x and the placeholders that most browsers put on an image in a website until it loads.

People will ultimately do whatever will benefit them personally, rather than what is best for the population in total.
In the younger generations I think it's getting to be more than that.. My sister is in her mid 20's. If you catch her in a logical impossibility, she will still deny it. It's the most infuriating thing I've ever had to deal with. It's more important to be 'right' than to learn and grow. Practice admitting when you're wrong, I've found it to be rewarding in personal relationships. And I believe it also gives you more credability. |
