It's starting to happen. Iraq is becoming a launch platform for attacks in other countries. Isn't that what this war was suposda prevent?

Yea, but you can't say that this wouldn't have happened if we didn't...Sadly, It was only a matter of time. They all practice the same religion, why can't they see eye to eye?

I think I could say that saddam would not have let al Queda launch operations from his country if we still had our eye on him.

40s, That's very true, and a valid point. However, It brings the question, would we always have our eye on him? Perhaps we'd elect a president who would would turn his back to the middle east?

I doubt this will happen, die to Sept. 11th, but who knows?
