"Juba" is the nickname that coalition forces in Iraq have given to a member of the Iraqi insurgency,member of Islamic army in Iraq, He is an accurate sniper, having killed and wounded up to several dozen US soldiers. He fires only once and moves from his position, leaving behind little evidence of his whereabouts.

Juba is not his real name...I believe it's a nickname the US soldiers originally gave him, but it caught on with the Iraqi people.

Even though I don't think that's the real Juba, whoever it is he's a pretty damn good sniper...... he takes one shot and seems to go for the neck. He doesn't seem to be nervous at all either, he keeps the camera on the soldiers even after he's fired, and he doesn't even run..... Damn fine sniper.
