George W. Bush

His personal language problems aside, I'm interested in knowing what you all think of the 'leader of the free world' and how well he's done over the past term and a bit.

Let battle begin!

A tough leader in a tough time. History will vindicate him as it did Ronald Reagan.

A simpleton thrust into positions for which he’s wholly unprepared. His performance has been as an automaton; I doubt any of the policy positions he’s espoused over the years are original. He has little or no understanding of the challenges that a “normal” life entails – having never held a real job. And, he’s repeatedly demonstrated that he has no problem using lies and deception for self-promotion.

so basically you're saying he's a republican

The guy is a failure. Regan made decisions for himself and thought about his positions, bush just thinks to himself, "What did Karen say I stood for?"

how can someone who was raised in extravagance all his life identify with anyone? he's a brat who's too spoiled to interrupt his vacation for a national crisis.

when he sat there for 7 mins after hearing, "the country is under attack," you had to know something was wrong.

Where there's smoke there's fire, and this guy keeps giving us signals.

when they said he was re-elected i tought it was a joke. There is a serious problem with the election system in first place. Why it should be a democrat or republican ? Why can't some one outside the "rip off , blood for money, use your political identity to screw people and the treasure more " club can't be a candidate ? Why should you be capable of buying people and lobbies to be a candidate ? If this nation can not go the root of the problems we will have many many many other " jokes " like this current one. World is laughing at us every time this guy says something. " Tough leader " there are two mistakes there. 1- the word : tough 2- the word : leader both don't apply there if it is to discribe this person.

After 9/11 he said that we would fight the terrorists abroad. That's pretty tough. He led us through those dark days. How quickly we forget the lessons thrust upon us.

Reagan was ok as a person and an actor [IMO].... dunno what he was like as a Pres but I do know people liked him. Do people like Dubyu? Some must for him to have won the election....or did they think they were voting for his Dad?

Clark thought Clinton was doing a good enough job with al-queda, he said it was bush who lightened up on them after he was elected. (according to Clark)

Clinton, while at his library, was quoted as asking some staff, "Am I the only person who likes him (GW)"? So, yeah, some folks do like Dubya.

Uh,

Is this the same Clark who was removed unvoluntarily from his NATO command by Clinton before he retired?????

Hey, not saying anything yet, just wondering which Clark you were referrring to. Trying to verify how much his word is worth, that is all.
