Very well... thank you for asking... how about you? But I can't see how a town can legally get away with something like this. Its whoms ever house who bought it... not the cities... as long as they are paying their proporty tax and abiding by the homeowners association (which BTW I feel is wrong... HOA's should be banned) they should be able to live where ever they want.

Actually, in the face of an ACLU lawsuit, Black Jack scrambled to amend their ordinance. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Jack%2C_MO
Far from winning their case in court Black Jack backed down. Personally, I hope that this time they get off less easily.
