I think its okay to teach religion as a philosophy but any more than that can cause conflict. The problem is the bills intent is basically referring to Christianity but what if a wiccan wanted to speak or a muslim or some other off the wall brand of religion.

Could it also be used as an answer on economics papers: God is the reason we are in recession.?

Or perhaps a history paper: Why were the twin towers bombed? God made some one do it.

Why is there global warming? God is dead.

It makes that point in the article... they would have to allow it... but one school got around it... the super or principle just banned all students from speaking at an official gathering...
