If we are going by the christina believe that god gives out love to all poeple equally then yes, Jesus loves Stalin, HIlter, Osama and Saddam as much as he loves anyone else. Any christian who disagrees with this, needs to rethink his belief.

If God is love, can God hate a sentient being? The devil is just a wayward angel, according to common doctrine.
And does Jesus still love Hitler even though he's dead? If the judgement has happened for Hitler, does Jesus still love those who have been judged to a life in hell (according to common doctrine)?
