Volunteering

With the presidential election a little more than a year away, now is the time to sign up to volunteer. In 04 I volunteered. I marched in parades and made over 1000 phone calls the last weekend on behalf of George W. Bush. (Please, no Bush bashing in this thread)

I have already signed up to volunteer to help Senator Thompson and my county's Fred08 leader (she was an elector in 04) has asked if I wanted to be a delegate on his behalf to the RNC in St. Paul next year.

Fred may not be your guy, but if you want Hilary, go out and campaign for her. Is Ron Paul your man, put a sign in your yard. Like Obama? Why not get his message out.

In this age of instant communication, your candidate needs you more than ever and believe it or not, they don't just always want your money.
