Question being discovered by small businesses

Hello,

Right now I am a MCSE 2000 certified, MCP windows XP, got my associates degree in Computer Science, and have atleast 3+ years experience in the IT field. So far its been great, learning and implementing things to our network infrastructure, but what I would really like is to go and start with a small business as there systems administrator or IT guy or some title, and grow with the company. I have always worked in large enterprise and maybe 1 small to medium business, and I would really like to start out working for a small group or medium size. My question is, where can I find these businesses starting out looking for an IT guy to take care of their IT needs?

Thanks

Question Re: being discovered by small businesses

any thoughts, or maybe job agencies you recommend helping small companies or medium size look for IT professionals?
