AIW 9700 and 2496 sound card.

Question for the non noob.
I have an All In Wonder 9700 and just got the M-Audio 24/96 sound card http://m-audio.com/products/m-audio/audiophile.php . It has RCA L and R inputs and L and R RCA outputs.
How do I get TV sound to work with this card? The Aux in wont work with this card... Any ideas?

Thanks...
