You know, I used to like windrivers.com. I offered to help with his tips guide back in '99, found their forums to be quite good. Now all of a sudden I can not have certain items in my sig file. To be more specific I can not post a link to my site in my sig. How pathetic is that? I mean come on, its not like I'm going out and advertising it saying hey come to my site, no I simply have a link to my site in my sig and they will not allow that. Well their site has become way to potlical for me, and it looks like I will no longer be going their. Or better yet, maybe I'll register as ezdrivers.com as my name. Who knows, its petty things like that, that piss me off.

*Update* They even disabled me changing my profile information!

Windrivers went from the coolest tech site to the biggest pile of crap all in 1 year. That is why I left that site in search of a new "home". I found this site. I think this site will be awesome once up and running 100%
Plus who the hell would PAY to view Windrivers.com? GIVE ME A BREAK!! :grrr:

The thing is the did offer good stuff. I used to participate in their forums back in '99-'00. Then people started forming into their own little 'clicks'. Now basically it seems to me that if you upset one of the main 'clicks' thats it, they harras you from then on. He had a good idea when the site started. Maybe it just grew too big I don't know. It is just a shame, because with his message, I just got the feeling like he didn't want anyone to know any other driver sites existed so he can collect more money, instead of helping people. I've posted links to other websites that offer the same type of content and such just because I know I can't offer everything to everyone. If I don't have it or know it I'll try and point you where to go get it.
