To complain about the HijackThis Log forum????

I know the people who read those logs and help people are incredibly generous and do it out of the kindness of their hearts, however, I was wondering how you can get them to tell you if you have a problem they can't fix!

I have come to this site twice out of desperation because I couldn't fix my own problems. The first time was several years ago and I never got a reply to my log. I ended up simply reformatting out of desperation. Now I just posted again a couple days ago and I keep watching others come and go, getting responses and help as my post keeps moving off to the 3rd page. I am so frustrated. I even tried a new post because I couldn't edit mine asking them to let me know if they have no solution for me.

I don't know what else to do. I can't reformat until I back the digitals up on my HD and I can't do that until I replace my broken cd burner.

I'm beginning to take it personal because I can't understand why else they respond to almost everyone but me!

Any suggestion? I am very desperate....

I've pm'd the Security Manager with a a link to this post ... In the meantime, if it has been over 24hrs, reply to your own post with "bump" ...

First I apologize for the delay. That said you should take it upon yourself to read through this thread..http://www.techsupportforum.com/hija...ijackthis.html

Starting a new thread..or bumping your log before the 24hr's is up will get the post overlooked every time. This is because we start at the back (Useally page 7) and work forward..so if you bump it to the front..you actually wait longer. We have one of the quickest response times on the net regarding log readings and other sites...it may take them 5 days or more to get a reply. I know it may seam others are getting done before you...but this is a misconception as some Analysts will stay with the users log until it's complete.

Anyway..your second log is being addressed by MoralTerror and we will work through this with you. At just a quick glance you have the Vundo trojan and few others. If you have any questions...please don't hesitate to PM me directly. We will get you cleaned up shortly!
