this may sound liek a stupid question and i bet the answer is sitting right in front of my eyes.....but how do u upload your own personal picture/avatar up to use as an avatar?

hmmmm is it possible i think it is but im not sure how to do it.

User CP button at the top of the screen, Edit Options, near the bottom of the user options page is a Change Avatar button. When you click that, near the bottom of the page, you can upload your personal one, a maximum size of 100 by 100 pixels.

To use a custom avatar you will need 100 posts or more.
