i have posted a thread of a "floppy disk(s) fail (40)" on 5 forums.
I have given as much information as possible.

yet the experts respond to 'my computer brokes, help me!1' when they seem to ignore something that enables them to use their brain.

this isn’t directed at this forum in particular, its just a general observation.
