Confused Smiley Doesn't work

If you look in the extended list of smileys to the left and go down to the verry bottom left corner of the list there is a smiley called :.scared: yet there is a smiley above with the same tag that is put in place of this one if you click on it...

Seems like a simple problem to be fixed.
