how to get malware help

Hi moderators,

I am wondering how to get help for a malware problem I have posted in the malware assistance forum. Here's the thread: http://www.techsupportforum.com/secu...ect-virus.html

I think I may have inadvertently derailed the thread by posting in it when I perhaps should not have, and I am wondering what I can do about it. It's been 6 days since I originally posted the issue. I know those of you on the Security team are volunteers and are busy, and I appreciate that you take time to help others with malware issues for free.

Any advice on to best solicit assistance is appreciated.

As you've discovered, they tend to be a busy lot there

It's very likely that your post has been overlooked (not intentionally, I assure you), so if you 'Bump' your thread back to the top of the list, you should get results.

Just post 'Bump' in your thread
