Auto subscribe

If there is not already a way to do it...I would like to see an option to automatically subscribe to all threads that I post in. I can't find an easy way to subscribe to threads without leaving the thread and then going into my subscriptions. Even a button next to the thread that I can just click and subscribe.
It's hard for me to answer a lot of questions and then keep track of responses when they get bumped out of view.

Re: Auto subscribe

Allo Phil

Does your browser have 'tabbed' browsing? If so, instead of clicking on the 'CP' button, try right-clicking and selecting 'Open in new tab' instead. That will leave your original thread still there.

Or, if you look just above the 1st post, at the right-hand side - You should see a button marked 'Thread Tools'. Clicking on that will show a little drop-down menu, an option being to 'Subscribe to this thread'.

Re: Auto subscribe

Also, when you post in a thread, underneath the text box there are 'Additional Options'.
One of the options is 'Thread Subscription'. By default it is 'Do Not Subscibe', but you can alter it to give Instant, Daily or Weekly email notification.

Re: Auto subscribe

Edit: - Can't edit in the thread!!!

I just re-read your post and, in your control panel, down the left-hand side, select the entry marked 'Options' - There's an option marked 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' with several options for emailing

Re: Auto subscribe

Thanks a ton guys. I knew the options must have been there and I just wasn't finding them.
